Amelia Park Restaurant, Wilyabrup WA

Amelia Park Restaurant is a super modern and highly detailed building that is acoustically magnificent. 400mm deep rebates in the ceiling allow for the sound to absorb into the 3 layers of sound proofing in the roof space. The cantilever of the roof makes the building feel as though it is projecting into the vines. Jarrah sound walls are another important factor. As the majority of this building is one big open space, the addition of timber sound walls have helped with further absorption of excess noise.
